Our client determined it needed an airtight process for investigating allegations of harassment, discrimination and misconduct, and sought to arm its leaders with knowledge of how to conduct effective, comprehensive investigations. Praxis HR created a series of training sessions that covered step-by-step instructions and opportunities for practice. We used real-life scenarios to inspire critical thinking and discussion, allowing participants to understand the nuance certain claims can present.
OutcomeTraining participants now are proficient in conducting workplace investigations.
